1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Yugmir Kinetic and any related software and services we provide. By installing or using the software you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Licence we grant you
Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your internal business purposes, limited to the number of seats you have purchased.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent or distribute the software to anyone outside your organisation
- Reverse engineer or decompile it, except where law expressly permits this despite a contractual restriction
- Circumvent, disable or tamper with licensing, integrity verification or seat limits
- Share licence keys outside the seats you have purchased
4. Trials
Trial licences are provided for evaluation for the stated period. When a trial ends the software stops loading tools until a paid licence is activated. We may withdraw or limit trials where they are being used to avoid paying for production use.
5. Your tools and your data
Tools you write remain yours. We claim no ownership of your code, your configuration or your data. Kinetic stores your tools as ordinary files on infrastructure you control, and does not lock them into a proprietary format.
You are responsible for what your tools do. Software that modifies design models carries real risk; you are responsible for testing your own tools before deploying them, and for maintaining backups.
6. Our intellectual property
The software, its documentation and our trade marks remain our property. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
7. Payment
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices are as shown at the time of purchase and may include taxes determined by your location. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
8. Support and availability
We provide support to licence holders by email during business hours and aim to respond within one working day. The software runs locally and does not depend on our servers for day-to-day operation.
9. Warranties
We provide the software with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without further warranties. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate a licence for material breach of these terms, in particular circumvention of licensing. On termination you must stop using the software; your own tools and data remain yours.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to licence holders by email, and the date above will be updated.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
